Community Three and Whitaker Investment are pleased to lead the re-development of three 1980’s office buildings into a vibrant, mixed-use property known as TideLock in Old Town North, Alexandria, Virginia.
Upon completion, scheduled for late 2024, TideLock will consist of 169 fashionable rental apartment homes, 65 luxury for-sale condominium residences, 6,500 square feet of retail space, and 5,000 square feet of arts space which will be home to Levine Music. TideLock will offer a number of affordable apartments and condominiums to qualified purchasers and renters. The entire project will focus on sustainability by re-purposing obsolete office buildings which will qualify for the LEED Silver rating.
